Griffith Properties seeks superior risk-adjusted returns for our clients as a private, opportunistic, and value-added buyer of real estate.  We look to provide investors diversification from the public equity and bond markets with return objectives comparable to equities, yet superior to bonds.  The firm focuses on the major metropolitan market areas in which the principals have invested for over 30 years.  We invest our own capital and investors in joint ventures with institutional partners throughout the Boston to Washington DC corridor.

We look to unlock value of assets that are under leased, in need of renovation or simply need to be repositioned. We have experience through all market cycles and are readily positioned to recognize and take advantage of market inefficiencies.
