35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and over 30 years of experience as a principal investor and developer in East Coast office, industrial and R&D properties

From 1979 to 2001 was Co-Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Leggat McCall Properties.  There, Brad initiated and/or oversaw the majority of the investments and developments made by the company since 1978.  Those investments included 70 buildings in the markets between Boston and Washington, D.C. containing 11.0 million square feet and valued at over $2.0 billion. Prior to his real estate career, Brad served in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant.

Brad was the recipient of: the 2000 Robert E. Swain, Jr. Distinguished Service Award – Real Estate Finance Association; recipient of the NAIOP 1999 Distinguished Real Estate Award (Leggat McCall); and, the BOMA International 1997 Toby Award.
