Since 2010, the tenured management team has raised $475 million of total equity and participated in 22 transactions totaling ~5.5 MSF and ~$1.16 billion in total capitalization via two value-add funds and three discrete joint ventures. Fund III closed in December 2021 with a levered gross IRR of 30.1% and an equity multiple of 3.9x. Fund IV is currently in its disposition stage, having already sold 4 out of 12 assets, with a projected levered gross IRR of 46.0% and a 2.0x EM. The firm’s latest offering, Fund V, also follows a value-add strategy and raised $55M in commitments - $25M in direct fund commitments from HNW individuals and family offices and $30M in an institutional sidecar. The investment period for Fund V started in April 2024.
